Shipping and Return Policy
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in US and China. If you are within the US, your order will be shipped from our US warehouse(while we have the products of your order in stock). Once we don't have your order products in stock, we will arrange the shipment from China warehouse.
Once your order ships, we ask that you please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order (unless otherwise requested). Please refer to the transit map below for a more accurate shipping transit time to your location (Domestic) from US. Please note, these times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.
All retail orders shipping internationally (Canada, Europe, etc.) are all shipped from China. Please allow 10-20 days to receive your order.
Returned Order Shipping
Any orders returned that were originally shipped with free shipping will be charged a $10.00 return service fee.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
All of our products are free shipping.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please email email@example.com with your Order Number and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will then reply to you with an RMA number for the return. A refund for the price of the merchandise will be made if merchandise is returned to us in usable condition. No refunds will be made if merchandise has been cut or if the backing has been peeled from the film or if the merchandise is in less-than-perfect condition. Custom Made-To-Size orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. When you return an item, please be sure it is in new condition, securely wrapped, and to include the original packing slip or copy of invoice.
Any orders returned that were originally shipped with free shipping will be charged a $10.00 return service fee to cover the original shipping costs and restocking.
